I'm Rob Thames and
I would like to invite you to book a trip with me for a day of affordable bass fishing. I've been chasing these little green fish for years
and I enjoy it now just as much as I did when I was a kid. I focus on largemouth bass and whether your aim
is to just fish, learn new techniques, learn tournament tactics, experience new water, etc. I will do my very best to
help you have a fun day on the water.
I offer my guide / angling services to adults and mature young people who have the patience to enjoy
a day of serious bass fishing. Largemouth bass are one of Mother Nature's most cunning creatures when it comes to
catching them. I speak with people nearly every day who consistently bass fish with very limited success. Yeah,
sometimes the fish win. That is why the sport is called "fishing" and not "catching" but there is a process
of eliminating water and patterns that will greatly increase your chances of locating active fish.
At THAMES BFA we practice
Catch and Release. It is so very important to do all we can to preserve our resource and our fisheries need participation
from all of us in order to help ensure good fishing for today, tomorrow, and generations to come. I will have a
camera available for pictures and in the event you catch a trophy measurements may be taken if you desire a replica
mount.
